About Us
- Looking to raise capital for your property project?
- Require assistance in attracting investors?
- Seeking to invest in the property sector?
- Need the services of an experienced Responsible Entity to act on your behalf?
The team at Guardian Securities (Guardian) has both the experience and expertise to offer investors and borrowers the opportunity to consider a range of investment profiles that match their risk criteria.
Guardian Securities Limited (ACN 106 187 731) was formed in 2004 by its founding directors, Guy Hasenkam and Chris Kite, to provide first and second mortgage investment offers to its investor base. Since then we have provided many developers with a range of products that suit their particular project by matching them with investors who share the same risk profile.
We do this through our flagship fund, Master Mortgage Fund No. 6 ARSN 114 364 886 which is a contributory mortgage scheme registered with ASIC. This allows us to promote a particular project to investors who have a preference for certain sectors of the property market be these land subdivisions, residential construction, office complexes or commercial property.
We provide Responsible Entity services to interested parties who require an AFSL License to manage their investment. Guardian has been granted an AFSL No. 240506 from ASIC to allow it to promote both mortgage schemes and property syndicates to retail and wholesale investors.
We can assist developers with structuring an investment offer to its investor base in order to raise the required equity or investor funds by ensuring that the offer complies with the current ASIC fund raising guidelines. Guardian can also provide all of the back office administration services such as unit registry, compliance, loan administration, dispute resolution and investor relations.
