The Fund seeks to provide Investors with a regular monthly income received from the issue of Preference Shares to selected Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) managed by SMSF Property Australia Pty Ltd as the Development Manager.
Each SPV in which the Fund invests is undertaking a property development managed by SMSF Property Australia Pty Ltd. These SPV’s are part of a separate managed investment scheme, the SMSF Property Fund, and these SPV’s require short term funding towards completion of the development.
